What happens if I miss Yodel delivery?
If our driver has already attempted to deliver your parcel, you will be able to rearrange your delivery, using the details on the calling card you will have received. If you have a green Yodel calling card, please text or call the driver on their mobile number, which is written on the card.
After three attempts, the package will be kept at your local service centre for a week before being returned to Beerwulf.
Will Yodel redeliver the next day?
Even if you do not place a call, they will still attempt to redeliver your item the next day.
Please note that Yodel will never send emails or text messages asking you to provide your bank details or phone number and we will never ask for a fee for redelivery of a parcel. If you think you may have given away your details to a scammer, please contact your bank immediately.
Does Yodel Require signature?
To protect both customers and our front-line workers, we have communicated to all of our workforce that all deliveries should now be considered contactless; there is no requirement for any of our drivers or couriers to hand their device to a customer to obtain a signature.
If your parcel is being delivered by one of our neighbourhood couriers, you will be able to call or text your courier prior to your delivery.
Can I pick up my parcel from Yodel?
Once you have tracked your parcel on our tracking page, you may be offered the option to collect your parcel. Selecting this will show you your local depot's opening times.
Once you receive a notification from us by text message or email that your parcel is in the Yodel serviced Collect+ delivered by Yodel store, then you have ten calendar days to collect your parcel before it is automatically returned to sender.

No problem! Your Evri courier will always make three attempts to deliver your parcel. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, your parcel will be marked as Return to Sender and you'll be reimbursed as soon as your order arrives back at our logistics centre.
