What if I miss my TNT delivery?
Yes. If you have received a "we missed you" card from our driver, please use the Re-delivery Service to reschedule delivery or arrange to pick up your pracel from our depot.
How can my customer rearrange a delivery of the shipment? If the driver has attempted delivery to your customer and left a card, your customer should use the Re-delivery Service. If the driver has not yet attempted delivery or your customer does not have the re-delivery card, they should us contact us.
How do I contact TNT delivery?

How do you reschedule a FedEx delivery?
If you were not home when we tried to deliver your package, you can schedule a new delivery time on the FedEx Delivery page. On the page, simply select the 'Missed Delivery Card' from the dropdown menu and enter your tracking number, email address and phone.

How long does TNT delivery take?
TNT Express, in general, allows for delivery before 6 pm. This is very good for documents, parcels, and pallets. Throughout Europe, TNT provides a service delivery within 1-3 working days. For international services, it really depends on the country.
Saturday collection/delivery For weekend service, we can collect on Friday and deliver on Saturday or collect on Saturday and deliver on Monday.
Can I change delivery address TNT?
With TNT tracking it is also possible to request a change of delivery address or to provide additional information.

The consignment number is your permanent reference number for your shipment. It can be used to track your shipment at any time. Every shipment needs a consignment note with a unique TNT consignment number. It contains all the necessary details and accompanies your package through its journey.

How many times will FedEx attempt delivery?
Delivery attempts If a signature is required, the driver will typically try to deliver the package up to three times. If a label has been applied to the back of the tag, the driver was unable to leave the package due to signature requirements or felt the package was not safe to deliver.

Will FedEx try to deliver again same day?

TNT tracking number format is usually comprised of 9 digits or starts with “GD”, then 6 digits and ends with “WW”. However, tracking numbers as follows is also a possible TNT tracking number.
