How do I print a return label from DPD?
To be able to offer DPD returns on your website, you'll first need to add a link to our returns service. Shoppers who click on the link will see your brand for reassurance and then complete a short form with details of their return item. They'll then be emailed their return label for them to print.
The time your parcel will be collected will depend on which service you've booked and with which carrier, but most of the collected courier services we offer are collected Monday-Friday, 8 am to 6 pm, excluding bank holidays and public holidays.
