What is a UPS collection?
UPS On-Call Collection gives you the convenience of having your shipment collected from your home or office by scheduling your collection online at ups.com or by calling UPS Customer Service.
Select Shipping History from the Shipping menu on the ups.com homepage. Then select the radio button next to your shipment and select Show Detail/Receipt. On the Shipment Details page, select the Collection Request Number and the status information will be displayed.
Can I book a UPS collection?
You can schedule a one-time collection, set up a recurring collection, or find a convenient drop-off location.

Do UPS pay cash on collection?

UPS will pick up all packages with a single pickup request; you'll not be charged additional pickup fees per package.
What if I miss my UPS collection?
Your driver may make a second attempt on the next business day and a third attempt on the following business day, if necessary. Where available, your shipment may be taken to your nearest UPS Access Point location™ for collection. Refer to the information on the UPS InfoNotice® left by your driver.
If you've missed your pickup time, a driver will come back one time per day and pick up your air or international package at no extra fee* by calling 1-800-PICK-UPS. *Pickup must occur at your usual pickup location.
What time will UPS collect my parcel?
The driver will be there to collect your parcel anytime between 9:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. on your specified collection date.

Can I return a UPS package at the post office?
With UPS Mail Innovations Returns, your customers can conveniently return their packages using their mailbox, postal carrier, local post office or any postal drop box nationwide. In addition, customers can call the USPS for a free pickup right from their doorstep.

Do I need to print label for UPS pickup?
If you don't have access to a printer to print a shipping label, UPS is your best option. The carrier lets you schedule a pickup without labels and the driver will bring you shipping documents.25-Mar-2022

Do you have to pay UPS when they deliver?

Will USPS pick up a package with prepaid label?
USPS Returns®, Parcel Return Service, and Business Reply Mail® Parcels, are either a pre-printed, pre-paid label that came with your shipment or an electronic version you printed from the merchant's website. These services qualify for free pickup.
