BillDesk is one of the popular payment methods in our country. Based in Mumbai, BillDesk is an online payment gateway company. Though BillDesk is an independent payment processing company, it is monitored under the Payments and Settlements Systems Act, 2007 and is supervised by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).

Will BillDesk refund money?
Excess bill payments or more than one payment made by any other payment gateway or mode will be adjusted in next bills. No refund will be made in such case.
PLEASE NOTE : BillDesk BillPay has a limit of Rs. 10,000 on any one payment you can make on a single transaction on a credit card.
Can we track payment with transaction ID?
It is basically the transaction ID or a reference number using which the transaction status can be tracked. You can do a UPI transaction ID status check using this transaction ID/reference number.17-Aug-2022
The transaction failed but the amount got deducted from the bank account. Banks usually take up to 3 business days to add money back to your account. Please wait for your bank to complete the reversal. Refer to the bank account statement to verify if your transaction has been reversed.
How do I track a transaction with reference number?
To know about the reference number of any transaction, you must click on the 'transaction details' or 'narration' in your bank account statement. Upon clicking, the details of the specific transaction will be displayed. For the available details, the UTR number can be easily identified by its format.17-Aug-2022

How many days BillDesk payment takes?
Payments made using the BBPS Service will be credited to the biller within 2 business days. Refund shall be credited within 3-7 business days in customer account. As of the date hereof, BillDesk does not levy any charge for using the BBPS Services.

How do I get my money back from a transaction?
You file a chargeback request. Your card issuer reviews the dispute and will decide if it's valid or if you have to pay.
