How can you tell if a DPD email is real?
A fake email can be identified by the following characteristics: Poor language - look out for badly written sentences with spelling and grammatical errors. Lack of a personal salutation - you will be addressed as 'Dear Customer' or 'Dear Sir/Madam'
The delivery times vary each day from around 8am to 6pm. Drivers in other countries all deliver from Monday to Friday. During Bank holidays there will be no deliveries.
Does DPD work on weekends?
If the sender of your parcel opts for the Saturday delivery service, your parcel will be delivered on Saturday. Your parcel can't be delivered on Saturday because you're not at home? Then we will first try the neighbours, or we will deliver it to a Pickup parcelshop nearby.
DPD will send delivery updates by text. You'll get a text: the day before the delivery, including tracking information and an the option to rearrange. on the morning of the delivery - you'll get a one-hour scheduled delivery time (e.g. between 12.24 and 13.24) and the name of the DPD driver.
Is DPD the same as DHL?
DHL Express and DHL Parcel (also known as DHL eCommerce) are separate companies that are both owned by the same parent company: Deutsche Post DHL Group. Each company provides its own set of services.

How many parcels do DPD drivers deliver a day?
