Does DX Express give time slots?
Once the order is available and you release the delivery details to us, we contact your customer by phone to confirm the delivery date. The night before the delivery, we send them either a text or email to reconfirm we'll be delivering the next day, along with the 2 hour delivery time slot.

Do DX deliver on weekends?
Yes, we can, upon payment of an extra charge and subject to agreement of your delivery profile.
In the event that a DX Courier (B2B) package cannot be delivered to its destination for whatever reason, DX will leave a calling card and try to deliver it again the next working day, after which it will be held at a DX Service Centre for five working days.
How does DX delivery work?
Time of delivery is usually, but not exclusively, by 18:00 on the working day immediately following the weekday of collection. A working day is defined as Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
DX Freight provides a next-day and timed delivery for both B2B and B2C customers for irregular dimensions or weight freight up to 6m in length. Also provides bespoke logistics solutions including 2-man delivery options.
