What is InfoNotice number for UPS?
A UPS InfoNoticeSM is left by the UPS driver to indicate that a delivery has been attempted. The InfoNotice number, located above the barcode, enables you to track your shipment and confirm delivery. Select the Tracking tab, enter your UPS InfoNotice number in the Tracking Numbers field and follow the instructions.
If you're unavailable when UPS attempts delivery at your address, UPS may deliver your package to a UPS Access Point® location near your home, where your package will be held for you to pick up for 7 calendar days. After 7 calendar days, your package will be returned to the sender as undeliverable.

If no InfoNotice is present, it means the package either hasn't been delivered or has been lost or misplaced. If your package's status shows a missing delivery, your first step is to contact the shipper.
Enter your 12-digit UPS InfoNotice number in the Tracking or InfoNotice Numbers field, and select the Track button. This will take you to the Tracking Summary page. On the Tracking Summary page, select the Change My Delivery button: Will Call: UPS will hold your package at a nearby location for you to pick up.
