Parcels are matched to your mobile phone number or email address and your delivery address. Parcels that are delivered by DPD UK or DPD Local are shown. In-flight options are made available so you can choose to change delivery to a neighbour, pay for an upgrade, leave safe or send to a DPD Pickup shop.
Will DPD text me before delivery?
DPD will send delivery updates by text. You'll get a text: the day before the delivery, including tracking information and an the option to rearrange. on the morning of the delivery - you'll get a one-hour scheduled delivery time (e.g. between 12.24 and 13.24) and the name of the DPD driver.
To track your parcel, you'll first need to enter your DPD reference or tracking number into the box below, and click 'Track This Parcel'. If you are unsure of your order number, you can find it on your booking confirmation email.
Is the DPD app free?

What are the three words in DPD?

Can I track my DPD parcel without tracking number?
It's not possible to track your DPD package without a tracking number.
If you want to know where your DPD parcel is you can monitor it with Track & Trace. Use your 14-digit parcel number or your reference number for this. Have your plans changed? Then you can easily adjust the delivery online.
How can I track a parcel without a tracking number?
To track a package without a tracking number through UPS, visit UPS's website and register for a UPS My Choice account, then use the provided dashboard tools to locate your package. If you're tracking a package through USPS, sign up for Informed Delivery on the USPS website and use the portal to track your items.

Are all DPD parcels tracked?
You will be able to track your parcel to its destination as all our orders are fully trackable, from the moment the parcel is collected to the moment it's delivered. To track a parcel, all you'll need is your DPD local online tracking number. You can find your tracking number on your parcel label when you print it off.

Why is my DPD tracking not updating?
Most often when a parcel's tracking has stopped updating, it is simply due to a small delay in the delivery, or a delay in the tracking system registering the parcel's progress. However, if your parcel tracking has stopped for more than two or three days, there could be complications with the delivery itself.
If you are unsure of your DPD reference number then please go to the “My Account area”, sign in (or “register” with us if you haven't already) and then click on the “My Orders” tab to find your DPD reference number. This number can also be found on your confirmation email.
Can you delete DPD account?
You can delete your account with a few clicks of the mouse either in myDPD and in our app (Profile). If you use a different portal, please get in touch with your DPD contact person.
