What is UPS delivery Intercept?
With UPS Delivery Intercept®, you can request that we cancel or reroute a shipment you've sent, prior to delivery, with one of our four options.
When you select UPS Delivery Intercept, you can request that UPS perform one of the following actions: Return to Sender: Return the package to the shipper. Deliver to Another Address: Reroute the package to a new address. Reschedule Delivery: Hold the package for delivery on a future date.
Does UPS charge for intercept?
There is a fee for all types of requests except for packages that are redirected to a UPS location and held for the recipient to pick up. You'll only be charged if your intercept request is completed.

What does intercept package mean?
For a fee, USPS Package Intercept® lets the sender or recipient stop delivery or redirect a package, letter, or flat that is not out for delivery or already delivered. Most domestic mailings with a tracking or extra services barcode are eligible for Package Intercept. You can only request a Package Intercept online.
UPS may make up to three delivery attempts at its discretion at your address on regular UPS delivery days. After the final attempt, undeliverable packages will be returned to the sender. To prevent your package from being returned or to make alternate delivery arrangements, track your package.
Why is my UPS package being returned to sender?

What happens if UPS delivers to wrong house?
