What is UPS My Choice Canada?
All UPS My Choice members can see UPS packages from the past four months, as well as packages scheduled for delivery, in a convenient calendar view. If you have more than one address associated with your membership, the calendar will show deliveries going to those addresses as well.
Becoming a UPS My Choice member is free and gives you greater control over when and where your shipments will be delivered.
What does UPS My Choice include?
UPS My Choice® lets you decide how, where and when home deliveries occur to fit your schedule. Get estimated arrival and progress alerts. Delivery change options allow you to change a delivery address or hold at a UPS location where available.
As a new UPS My Choice member, you will be prompted to authenticate your membership by entering the activation code after you log in. A UPS My Choice Activation Code box will appear. You must select your country and enter the activation code that appears on your UPS My Choice welcome letter.
Does UPS charge by weight or size?
The sum of the weight of all packages is considered as one shipment. Shipment Pricing does not apply to UPS Express Envelopes, as these cannot be part of a multiple-package shipment.
UPS My Choice offers users the opportunity to delete a UPS My Choice account.
How much is it to be a UPS My Choice member?
As of 2021, the yearly cost for UPS My Choice Premium is only $19.99. Premium members can also upgrade all UPS SurePost packages to UPS ground at no cost and on an automated basis. UPS SurePost is the service, with USPS being the final delivery method.15-Nov-2018

What if I am not home when UPS delivers?
Shipments that do not require a signature can be left in a safe place, out of sight and out of weather, at the driver's discretion. This could include the front porch, side door, back porch, garage area, or with a neighbor or leasing office (which would be noted in a yellow UPS InfoNotice® left by the driver).
The UPS My Choice® Household Member Authorization feature enables you to share your UPS My Choice® benefits with other members of your household. A Household Member is a person who resides at the same address as you and has the same surname as you and is related to you or is married to you.
