What is UPS My Choice for home?
UPS My Choice® lets you decide how, where and when home deliveries occur to fit your schedule. Get estimated arrival and progress alerts. Delivery change options allow you to change a delivery address or hold at a UPS location where available.
Becoming a UPS My Choice member is free and gives you greater control over when and where your shipments will be delivered.
Does it cost to have UPS My Choice?
As of 2021, the yearly cost for UPS My Choice Premium is only $19.99. Premium members can also upgrade all UPS SurePost packages to UPS ground at no cost and on an automated basis. UPS SurePost is the service, with USPS being the final delivery method.15-Nov-2018
Shipments that do not require a signature can be left in a safe place, out of sight and out of weather, at the driver's discretion. This could include the front porch, side door, back porch, garage area, or with a neighbor or leasing office (which would be noted in a yellow UPS InfoNotice® left by the driver).
Does UPS My Choice show all packages?
All UPS My Choicemembers can see UPS packages from the past four months, as well as packages scheduled for delivery, in a convenient calendar view. If you have more than one address associated with your membership, the calendar will show deliveries going to those addresses as well.
If you're required to authenticate your enrolment with your email, you may be required to do so with a UPS My Choice Activation Code. If so, a welcome letter will be sent to you by way of the postal service approximately 7-14 days from the day you initially enrol.
How many times will UPS attempt delivery?
UPS may make up to three delivery attempts at its discretion at your address on regular UPS delivery days. After the final attempt, undeliverable packages will be returned to the sender. To prevent your package from being returned or to make alternate delivery arrangements, track your package.
UPS My Choice offers users the opportunity to delete a UPS My Choice account.
Do UPS charge for redelivery?
We do not charge to redirect packages to UPS customer centers, The UPS Store locations, or UPS Access Point locations. UPS My Choice members will have a fee for delivery change requests to any other addresses. Please know changing the delivery address of your package could delay your scheduled delivery date.

Can you GPS track a UPS package?

What happens if a package needs a signature and no one is home?
If a shipment requires, either an indirect, direct or adult signature, and a delivery attempt is made, but no one is there to sign for the package, the driver will leave a door tag at the recipient's door.
If nobody is available when the delivery attempt occurs, UPS will leave an InfoNotice at the point of delivery. This document informs you of any next delivery attempt and provides other options to receive the package. You'll have three chances to have the package delivered before UPS sends it back to the sender.29-Jan-2020
Can I leave my signature for UPS?

How do I know when UPS will arrive?
You can track any UPS order directly on the UPS website and find out exactly when your package will arrive. On the Tracking Details page, you'll find information on where your package has been picked up and scanned, as well as the expected delivery date and time.11-Sept-2020
