UPS My Choice® lets you decide how, where and when home deliveries occur to fit your schedule. Get estimated arrival and progress alerts. Delivery change options allow you to change a delivery address or hold at a UPS location where available.

What is the difference between UPS My Choice and premium?
Free My Choice Membership. Currently, there is a free membership or premium service that costs $40 per year. Premium members receive two free confirmed 2-hour delivery window requests each year. Non-premium members will pay an additional $8 fee for each delivery window request.15-Nov-2018
As a new UPS My Choice member, you will be prompted to authenticate your membership by entering the activation code after you log in. A UPS My Choice Activation Code box will appear. You must select your country and enter the activation code that appears on your UPS My Choice welcome letter.

Can you speed up UPS delivery?
Dial 1-800-742-5877 and follow the voice prompts to speak with a representative. Tell the representative you want to upgrade your shipping. Provide the representative with your UPS tracking number. Select whether to upgrade your shipping to two-day or overnight.
Your UPS My Choice membership will automatically renew at the end of your current term. Upon renewal, you will be charged the greater of $19.99 or the then-current annual membership fees, plus applicable taxes. How many times will UPS attempt delivery?
UPS may make up to three delivery attempts at its discretion at your address on regular UPS delivery days. After the final attempt, undeliverable packages will be returned to the sender. To prevent your package from being returned or to make alternate delivery arrangements, track your package.
