We normally deliver between 8a. m. - 6p. m.
The delivery times vary each day from around 8am to 6pm. Drivers in other countries all deliver from Monday to Friday. During Bank holidays there will be no deliveries. An overview of the Bank holidays you will find on the parcel alert on dpd.nl.

What happens if DPD is late?
DPD offers a guaranteed service refund (GSR) on packages delivered late. If your package is late, DPD will refund/credit your shipping account with entire shipping charges. Although the mandate looks straight forward, the DPD refund recovery process is quite complex.

The driver will first try to deliver the parcel to the recipient's address. If they are not home, the driver will try to deliver it to the next-door neighbour. If they are not home either, the parcel will be taken to the nearest Pickup parcel shop.
Simply leave a signed note, attached to your front door, instructing our driver where your parcel should be left. He will take a photo of the signed note, along with a photo of where he has left your parcel as proof of delivery.
