All deliveries are made between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday, and 9am to 6pm on Saturday, we are not able to offer a timed delivery slot. To arrange a convenient delivery date, please visit our track page. After a failed delivery attempt, we will hold your document for 10 days.

Can I collect my BRP from TNT depot?
Can I collect my shipment from your depot? Yes. If you have received a "we missed you" card from our driver, please use the Re-delivery Service to reschedule delivery or arrange to pick up your pracel from our depot. How do I make a complaint?

How do I know if my BRP is ready?
You'll be told within 5 working days if the person you nominate is approved to collect your BRP. There are other ways to prove your immigration status before they collect it. If you change your mind, you can still collect your BRP yourself or you can nominate a different person.
For weekend service, we can collect on Friday and deliver on Saturday or collect on Saturday and deliver on Monday.
How long does BRP take to arrive?

If you need to leave and re-enter the UK before you get your BRP , apply for a 'replacement BRP visa'. This will let you re-enter the UK once only.
