You cannot collect from the TNT depot unless special circumstances. They do not disclose the address. You have to get through on the phone then they request permission on your behalf then if approved, the depot will email you after inch saying you must collect that evening.22-Nov-2021

Will TNT Post my passport through letterbox?
I went on the TNT website tracking page yesterday using my application reference. I was able to see that it was due for delivery today. I then received an email from TNT at 8am today and my passport was posted through my letterbox at 12.45 . Very happy customer!
