How do I drop a UPS package?
You can drop off any package with a UPS prepaid label at a designated UPS Access Point™ location. Depending on what time of day you drop off your package, it will be safely stored at the UPS Access Point™ location and collected the same or next working day by UPS.

How many attempts does UPS make?
UPS may make up to three delivery attempts at its discretion at your address on regular UPS delivery days. After the final attempt, undeliverable packages will be returned to the sender. To prevent your package from being returned or to make alternate delivery arrangements, track your package.
Shipment drop-off All your customer has to do now is send the return on its way. They can do this by dropping off the return shipment at a drop-off point near their home, or schedule a collection at a convenient date and time that suits them best for an additional fee.
Does UPS charge by weight or size?
The sum of the weight of all packages is considered as one shipment. Shipment Pricing does not apply to UPS Express Envelopes, as these cannot be part of a multiple-package shipment.

What time UPS delivers?
Other than time-definite air deliveries, shipments are generally delivered anytime between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. (and sometimes later) to residences, and by close of business for commercial addresses. UPS cannot schedule a specific delivery time within that window.
