Where do I find my APC tracking number?
To track your parcel, you need to use your APC Direct order number. If you are unsure of your order number then please go to the "My Account area", log in (or register with us if you haven't already) and then click on the “My Orders” tab to find your APC number. This number can also be found on your confirmation email.
Formats. Tracking numbers consist of letters and numbers typically between 8 and 40 characters long sometimes with spaces or hyphens between groupings of characters. When shown on a receipt after shipping a package the tracking number is usually close to the barcode.
What time does APC deliver till?
Standard Next day services: All standard deliveries are expected to be delivered the next working day, delivery can take place any time up until 5.00PM. Next day services are not guaranteed; things can go wrong.
When an item is booked with APC Overnight, the sender will specify delivery from our range of services. This is normally for delivery by 9am, 10am, 12 noon or 4pm on the next working day (Monday to Friday). Delivery will be attempted between 8am and the selected delivery time.

You can leave your parcel with a neighbour on the condition that the neighbour is a nearby address with the same postcode. We would also recommend that you leave a note at your property to advise the driver of the location of the parcel.
