Where is myDPD parcel?
If you want to know where your DPD parcel is you can monitor it with Track & Trace. Use your 14-digit parcel number or your reference number for this. Have your plans changed? Then you can easily adjust the delivery online.
If you haven't seen any new scans in Track and Trace for a few days, we would like to investigate the missing parcel. Inform the sender of your parcel that your parcel is missing so that they can start an investigation with our help.
Where will you find the login details for the DPD website?
Sometimes when talking to DPD, you will be asked for your Ship@ease Web Username, this can be found in the top right hand corner of the screen.
The sender of your parcel may not have enabled DPD's Predict service. In this case, request the parcel number from your sender. You can then get information about your parcel in various ways via the parcel number on the receiving parcels page of dpd.nl.
How do I follow my DPD parcel?
You can check on the shipping status of your parcel by simply entering the parcel label number or reference number. Track your parcel live and see when we'll be ringing your doorbell. Right down to the last 30 minutes! In addition, myDPD or our app enable you to redirect parcels and register your delivery preferences.
DPD will send delivery updates by text. You'll get a text: the day before the delivery, including tracking information and an the option to rearrange. on the morning of the delivery - you'll get a one-hour scheduled delivery time (e.g. between 12.24 and 13.24) and the name of the DPD driver.
Who is responsible if a parcel goes missing?

What happens when DPD fails to deliver?
If you don't call DPD, they'll try to deliver your order on the next working day. If you're not there again, it'll try again for a third time on the next working day after that. If you still weren't able to receive your order after the third attempt, DPD will hold on to it for seven days.
The Loginfield is where the MyDPD username is defined. If the username has already been used, a message will appear to instruct the Administrator to try a different username. An email address can also be used as the username by enabling the Use this email address as the login switch.
How do I find my DPD reference number?
If you are unsure of your DPD reference number then please go to the “My Account area”, sign in (or “register” with us if you haven't already) and then click on the “My Orders” tab to find your DPD reference number. This number can also be found on your confirmation email.
On the login page is a \' Forgot password \' button. If you click this you can enter your email address or your user name. We will send you an email afterwards.
Why is my parcel tracking not updating?
Most often when a parcel's tracking has stopped updating, it is simply due to a small delay in the delivery, or a delay in the tracking system registering the parcel's progress. However, if your parcel tracking has stopped for more than two or three days, there could be complications with the delivery itself.
How do I track my package? All you need is the unique parcel ID or reference number which will be on your confirmation email. Simply type this number into the relevant page and click 'track my parcel' and you'll be able to see if it has been dispatched, in transit or delivered.
How long do DPD take to deliver a parcel?
DPD delivery takes 1-2 working days for UK deliveries and as little as 2-4 working days for international destinations*, such as the USA.

How many attempts are made to deliver a parcel? The driver will make one delivery attempt. You're not there? The driver will try to deliver your parcel to your neighbour or at a Pickup parcelshop, so that you may receive your parcel as soon as possible but not later than 7 days.
How can you tell if a DPD text is real?
A fake text can be identified by the following characteristics: Poor language - look out for badly written sentences with spelling and grammatical errors. Lack of a personal salutation - you will be addressed as 'Dear Customer' or 'Dear Sir/Madam'

What times do DPD deliver between?
The delivery times vary each day from around 8am to 6pm. Drivers in other countries all deliver from Monday to Friday. During Bank holidays there will be no deliveries.
