Why is DPD tracking not working?
Most often when a parcel's tracking has stopped updating, it is simply due to a small delay in the delivery, or a delay in the tracking system registering the parcel's progress. However, if your parcel tracking has stopped for more than two or three days, there could be complications with the delivery itself.

Do DPD let you know when they are delivering?
Home delivery DPD will send delivery updates by text. You'll get a text: the day before the delivery, including tracking information and an the option to rearrange. on the morning of the delivery - you'll get a one-hour scheduled delivery time (e.g. between 12.24 and 13.24) and the name of the DPD driver.
The delivery times vary each day from around 8am to 6pm. Drivers in other countries all deliver from Monday to Friday. During Bank holidays there will be no deliveries.
Can you track DPD on a map?

Does DPD give time slots?
