What do I need for DPD collection?
Take your Pickup pass. Photo ID (photo driving licence or passport) is only required for high value items. If you can't take your Pickup pass, either printed or on your smartphone, you'll need two forms of ID: your passport or driving licence, and a utility bill.
The DPD driver will leave a note in your letterbox stating the address of the Pickup parcel shop and when the parcel will be available for collection. DPD will also send you an email stating when the parcel has arrived at the Pickup parcel shop. Take some proof of identity with you when you go to collect your parcel.

How many times will DPD attempt to deliver?
How many attempts are made to deliver a parcel? The driver will make one delivery attempt. You're not there? The driver will try to deliver your parcel to your neighbour or at a Pickup parcelshop, so that you may receive your parcel as soon as possible but not later than 7 days.
DPD will attempt to deliver twice. If you miss both attempts and don't contact them to rearrange your delivery, your parcel will either go to nearest pick up location or be taken back to the depot where it will be held for 3 days before returned to our warehouse.
Do you need ID for DPD Pickup?
