What happens if you miss a DPD delivery?
The driver will make one delivery attempt. You're not there? The driver will try to deliver your parcel to your neighbour or at a Pickup parcelshop, so that you may receive your parcel as soon as possible but not later than 7 days.

What is the DPD tracking number format?
If you want to know where your DPD parcel is you can monitor it with Track & Trace. Use your 14-digit parcel number or your reference number for this.
The delivery times vary each day from around 8am to 6pm. Drivers in other countries all deliver from Monday to Friday.
Does DPD need signature?
Your dpd driver is required to take a photo of the parcel at the point of delivery as a proof of delivery. The parcel sender is expecting a signature as proof of delivery, instead of a signature, our driver takes a photo of the parcel in the doorway to prove it was handed over.

Will DPD leave parcel in safe place?
We can leave your parcel somewhere safe at the delivery address, deliver it to your neighbour, drop it off at your local shop or change the delivery date provided the sender has not instructed us to get a signature.
