How do I cancel my Redirection? You can cancel your Redirection at any time. You also have a statutory right to cancel your Redirection within 14 calendar days from the day after we send you a confirmation letter or email (this is the Cancellation Period).
It may take up to ten working days from when we receive your request for the Redirection to stop. If you cancel your Redirection no later than 7 working days before the start of the Redirection we will refund the full charges paid for the Redirection.
What happens when mail gets redirected?
