Local Delivery Services Delivery only available on working days, from Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm and Sat 9am to 12.30pm, excluding Sundays & Public Holidays.

Go to your nearest post office and send your courier through Speed Post Service. Once done, tell them that you want POD (proof of delivery). For POD, they will charge you more, but you have proof that your parcel has reached in the right hands. India Post offers this service.
The major difference between speed post and the registered post is that speed post is address-specific service, in essence, the delivery of the article can be taken by the addressee or any other person availabke at that address also, such as the family members of the addressee while registered post is addressee-
