BPAY® is an easy and secure way to manage your bills with one payment method all through your online or mobile banking. You can choose which account to pay bills from, and schedule payments on a date that works for you, so long as you have funds available in your account on the scheduled date.
Can you BPAY yourself?
Just call 13 15 63 or send us a message using internet banking and let us know you want to make BPAY deposits. We'll give you a unique reference number for your account, which you can use together with the BPAY Biller Code 231167 to send money to your Online Savings Account.
The Billpay Code is a 4-digit number that is used to identify the bill or biller you are paying. Note: Billpay Codes are different from BPAY codes, which are used by a different payment scheme. Please ensure you enter the correct Post Billpay code to make a payment.
Can I pay BPAY with credit card?

What are the benefits for my customers? BPAY View gives your customers a secure, easy way to view, pay and store bills and statements, directly in their online or mobile banking. They can schedule payments, get reminded on the due date*, and never miss a payment again.
Your BPAY payment will be ready to submit immediately, with all the payment details filled in for you. All you have to do is submit it — and you're done. Some financial institutions even allow you to set up your bills to be paid automatically with Auto Pay.
How long does a BPAY take to process?
How long do BPAY® payments take? If you make a BPAY® payment before 6:00pm (Melbourne time) on a business day, we'll send the details to the biller's bank on the same day. The biller is required (under BPAY® rules) to treat your payment as being received on that same day.
A biller will receive your BPAY payment approximately 1-2 business days after your complete the transfer.
Can I reverse a BPAY payment?
Unfortunately, we're unable to reverse a BPAY® transaction in Internet or Mobile banking. Please don't try and repeat the same process with a new transaction, this will register as two separate transactions. You may have to contact the Biller to notify them.
The Biller Long Name is what your customer will see on internet banking when they make a payment. The Biller Short Name is what your customers will see on their statements showing that they have made a BPAY payment to you.
Can I pay a bill with my credit card online?
