How do I return a parcel with DPD?
Here's how it works: To be able to offer DPD returns on your website, you'll first need to add a link to our returns service. Shoppers who click on the link will see your brand for reassurance and then complete a short form with details of their return item. They'll then be emailed their return label for them to print.

Do DPD collect parcels from home?
By having a package collected from home or work, instead of having to make the trip to a drop off location, you are free to go about your day safe in the knowledge that a DPD courier is on their way to you. When DPD collect parcel, you can be assured that your parcel will get there safely and on time.
We hold parcels for a maximum of 21 days before they are returned to sender. Parcels which have been delivered to a Pickup Point are held at the Pickup Point for six days before being returned to sender.
How do DPD pickup Shops work?
DPD Pickup allows you to have your parcel delivered to your local DPD Pickup shop (2,500 shops). You'll be notified by email & SMS when your parcel is ready to collect, and you'll have up to 7 days to collect at a time to suit you. Select the DPD Pickup option in the checkout.
All goods that cannot be returned to the consignee or consignor for any reason, including the goods being Lost Property (as defined below), may be disposed of or destroyed after being stored by DPD for 4 weeks. All personal effects are only held for 7 days.
