Once you've dropped your parcel off at one of our thousands of Collect+ delivered by Yodel locations serviced by Yodel, with the returns label attached and all original delivery details removed, we'll get your item(s) back to Aldi in around 3-5 days.
How do I return an item on CollectPlus?
How it works. Find your local Collect+ store using our Find a Store page (make sure you select a store that is serviced by the courier handling your parcel). Drop your parcel at your local Collect+ point. If you have been provided with a code, you can print your returns label in-store!
The Collect+ delivered by Yodel Send service has changed its name and its home to Yodel Direct. You'll still be able to send your parcels from your favourite store and select from the thousands of conveniently located Collect+ delivered by Yodel Points for your recipient to collect from…or deliver direct to the door.
How does collect plus work?
We partner with over 90 online retailers to offer Click & Collect to a Yodel serviced Collect+ delivered by Yodel store near to where you live, work or study. Choose the Collect+ delivered by Yodel option in checkout and you will receive a notification code via text message or email when your order has arrived.

Can I send a parcel to be collected at a post office?
Parcels left at post offices are generally available for collection one working day after delivery has been attempted and a non-delivery card has been left, and will be securely held until the recipient collects.22-Jul-2012

Our “Standard” service parcels estimated delivery date (EDD) will typically be within 2 working days. Please note that we count the day the parcel is handed in at your local Yodel serviced Collect+ delivered by Yodel store as “Day Zero”. Bank holidays and Sundays are not treated as 'working days'.
Does Zara use Collect Plus?

Xpect Returns is Yodel's parcel returns service offering customers a home collection and a two hour window on the morning of collection, with the parcel returned to the retailer within 72 hours of the collection booking.
Once you receive a notification from us by text message or email that your parcel is in the Yodel serviced Collect+ delivered by Yodel store, then you have ten calendar days to collect your parcel before it is automatically returned to sender.
How do I return a large item to Aldi?
