We use DX Freight for our larger items on merchant fulfillment and these are integrated with Amazon, however, we have now noticed due to the new VTR rules that these deliveries are all failing valid tracking.30-Mar-2021

Can I collect my parcel from DX Depot?
For certain DX services we do offer the option to you to collect your DX item from one of our depots. If you have a tracking number you may be eligible to book a redelivery for your item.
Passport Delivery If you make your application in person at the US Embassy then you may purchase the DX secure delivery service to deliver your passport when it is subsequently processed, this may take several days.
