Is Informed Delivery available for P.O. boxes?

How do I know I have mail in my PO Box?

Why My address is not eligible for Informed Delivery?

USPS Informed Delivery doesn't show customers all of their mail. Some letters arrive without ever showing up as a preview. The mail users do get previews of will only show them the outside of the envelope.
Can you have a PO Box and a street address?
With Street Addressing (if available), you have the option of using the street address of your Post Office location, combined with your PO Box number, as your mailing address. This lets you receive packages from private carriers (such as UPS, FedEx, DHL and Amazon), as long as they comply with USPS mailing standards.
A common reason people stop getting their mail is they accidentally let their account expire. Check your expiration date. If it's in the past, making payment will reactivate your account.
Is Informed Delivery a good idea?

Can I use my PO Box as a physical address?
You cannot use your PO box as your physical address because the former doesn't fulfill the requirements of a “physical address.” In other words, a PO box address has no apartment or suite number in it. Also, a physical address denotes the place where you live – a PO box address doesn't state that.
