To get an estimated delivery time, you can use your tracking number, door tag number, or FedEx Office order number to track your package. If you don't have one of those numbers, you can use any reference number related to your package, or any purchase order number.
Can I sue FedEx for late delivery?
Claims for undelivered or lost shipments must be filed within nine months of the shipment date. You will need your tracking number to submit a claim online. You can file a claim and include supporting documentation, or add it later. Simply drag and drop documents from your desktop to your claim form.
It will be held for pickup as early as the same day of your missed delivery attempt. Packages not picked up within 7 days will be returned to the nearest FedEx facility or shipper. Refer to your door tag for the pickup location and availability.
