Will Hermes collect from my house?
You can choose to have a Hermes courier collect your parcel from your door or you can use one of the many Hermes drop off points, or ParcelShops as they're officially called, if the sender can't wait home to have their parcels collected.
You can expect your parcel to be collected between 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday, and between 8am to 6pm on Saturdays. We don't collect parcels on Sundays or on bank holidays. Don't forget, you can also use any one of our ParcelShops to drop off your parcel at a time to suit you.
Do EVRI collect parcels from home?
International Collection Your parcel will be picked up from your home or office by Evri between 8am and 8pm and will be delivered in 3-7 working days throughout most of Europe.
Can you drop off Hermes at the Post Office? No, unfortunately you can't drop off Hermes parcels at the Post Office.
How do I arrange my Hermes pickup?
All you need to do is click the button at the top of the page and then fill in the form. You can book parcel collection up to 7 days in advance or as early as tomorrow. Just book before 10pm and a courier will collect your package the next day, between 8am and 8pm – you'll receive a 2-hour time slot on the day.
All you need to do is find a local ParcelShop with one of our great Print In ParcelShop devices, allowing you to pay for your parcel in seconds. Alternatively, if you'd prefer to book your ParcelShop drop off using the Evri website, just scan the QR code (or enter the 6 digits) we sent you via email.
What happens if you miss Hermes collection?
If you have missed the driver collecting your parcel, you will need to rebook your collection. To rebook, visit our collection page. Note: If your courier made an attempt to collect that you missed, you may have to pay a small fee for re-booking your collection.

Where do I return my Hermes parcel?
Return your parcel using a Print In ParcelShop device If your return is free, you can take your item to any ParcelShop with a Print In ParcelShop device without booking online first. Simply select your retailer, enter your return information, print your label and hand the parcel to a member of store staff.
How do I return an online order?
Most businesses with an online store have a return policy in place.
You can safely drop off your parcel at any of our 10,000+ ParcelShops and Lockers. Simply drop it off and we'll do the rest. We also offer a courier service. Just tell us where you'd like your parcel collecting from.
Can I print my own Hermes return label?
As soon as you've paid to send your parcel, you can print your label from a computer connected to a printer. We'll also e-mail a copy of your label to you so you can print it later. To print your label, you'll need Adobe Reader software to view the label on your computer and send it to the connected printer.
