Once you've received an email telling you your device has been despatched, you'll be able to track the delivery online on the 'My orders' page of My O2. If you've ordered a sim only deal, your sim will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class.
Monday-Friday: Free 3-4 working day delivery if you order before 15:30. Weekend: Orders placed at the weekend will be delivered on Thursday or Friday. Free next working day delivery if you submit your order before 4pm.
